ROOMMATE SELECTION
when initial visit is made to the facility for a possible
placement, available beds will be shown to perspective
residents. If there is a semi – private room available they will be
given an opportunity to select that room. If someone is already
Living in that room the two individuals will be introduced and
the possible, merge discussed. If the two residents agree to be
roommates observations and client history will be considered
by staff, wsc and family member/ guardian before making
a final decision
